Si tu intestino se est\u00e1 volviendo loco, entonces es necesario limpiarlo urgentemente. Es como con un s\u00f3tano: durante a\u00f1os lo rellenamos con todo y en alg\u00fan momento ya ni siquiera sabemos lo que hay dentro. Tal vez ya se est\u00e1 enmoheciendo o los ratones est\u00e1n mordisqueando todas nuestras cosas. S\u00f3lo queda una cosa por hacer: \u00a1limpiar! El mismo principio tambi\u00e9n se aplica al s\u00edndrome del intestino irritable. Cuando el intestino retumba, se alojan demasiadas bacterias, hongos y virus da\u00f1inos all\u00ed. A largo plazo, debilitan el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico e incluso pueden promover enfermedades como la diabetes, la hipertensi\u00f3n o la obesidad. Los expertos recomiendan un cambio en la dieta que no incluya ciertos nutrientes espec\u00edficos.&nbsp;<strong>La f\u00f3rmula milagrosa es: la dieta FODMAP<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ha estado molestando tu intestino, te recomendamos una dieta FODMAP<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FODMAP esta representada por Fermentados, Oligosac\u00e1ridos, Disac\u00e1ridos, Monosac\u00e1ridos y Polioles<\/strong>. Estos son nutrientes como los carbohidratos y los alcoholes del az\u00facar. En un intestino sano, se procesan y se descomponen completamente. Sin embargo, si la flora intestinal esta confundida, los nutrientes ya no se procesan completamente. Esto conduce a las flatulencias, el estre\u00f1imiento, la diarrea o la acidez estomacal. <strong>Los cient\u00edficos recomiendan una dieta FODMAP a personas con s\u00edndrome de colon irritable<\/strong>. En esta dieta debes evitar ciertos alimentos durante al menos dos a seis semanas. Estos incluyen algunos az\u00facares como el sorbitol, xilitol, maltitol, isomalt, pero tambi\u00e9n miel y frutas con un alto contenido de fructosa como manzanas, peras, cerezas y ciruelas. El trigo es un oligosac\u00e1rido, as\u00ed que debes comer productos sin trigo por un tiempo. Esto no es f\u00e1cil, porque el trigo o sus ingredientes se utilizan en muchos alimentos producidos industrialmente. Siempre lee la lista de ingredientes u hornea tu mismo, as\u00ed sabr\u00e1s exactamente el contenido de tus alimentos. La escanda o espelta es uno de los alimentos con bajo contenido de FODMAP. Esta harina se puede conseguir en casi todos los supermercados hoy en d\u00eda<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez que tu intestino se haya calmado despu\u00e9s de unas pocas semanas, puedes agregar gradualmente los alimentos que m\u00e1s te gustan a tu dieta.
